Magical Child has been a part of the downtown Encinitas neighborhood for 25 years! We offer a carefully curated selection of products that speak to our community. We have become a go to for all things baby and children, from clothes and shoes to toys and gifts. Our goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for families to grow with us over the years, whether they live locally or visit annually on vacations we aim to make everyone’s day a little more magical. We are always on the lookout for energetic, upbeat, friendly individuals to join our team.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year relatable customer service experience
- Retail experience highly preferred
- Flexible schedule. Must be available during weekends and Holidays
- Must be accountable for scheduled shifts and be punctual
- Must be able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, lift 30+ pounds
- Have reliable transportation to and from
- Professional demeanor and selling style, with excellent communication skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes

- Experience in fashion/style
